​簡報檔案繳交時間

  • Oral Presentation I、II、III
    請於 12:00–13:00 至各所屬報告會議室繳交簡報檔案。

  • Oral Presentation IV、V、VI、VII
    請於 14:20–14:35 至各所屬報告會議室繳交簡報檔案。

敬請報告者於上述指定時間內完成檔案繳交，以利工作人員事先進行簡報檔案與設備測試。

Presentation File Submission Time​

  • ​Oral Presentations I, II, and III
    Please submit your presentation files to your assigned presentation room between 12:00 and 13:00.

  • Oral Presentations IV, V, VI, and VII
    Please submit your presentation files to your assigned presentation room between 14:20 and 14:35.

Presenters are kindly requested to submit their presentation files within the designated time periods above to allow sufficient time for file and equipment testing prior to the sessions.

  1. 敬請報告者於所屬場次開始前提前抵達發表會場，並向現場工作人員完成報到。

  2. 請依大會規定時間完成簡報檔案繳交，以利工作人員事先進行設備與檔案測試。

  3. 建議簡報檔案以 PowerPoint（.pptx）及 PDF 格式各備一份，並自行攜帶 USB 隨身碟作為備份。

  4. 為維持各場次議程順利進行，敬請嚴格遵守發表時間。
    ​​Oral Presentation I、II、III、IV、V、VI口頭報告時間為 7 分鐘，問答時間為 1 分30秒。
    ​Oral Presentation VII口頭報告時間為 5 分鐘，問答時間為 1 分鐘。

  5. 若簡報中含有特殊字型、影片、動畫或其他多媒體內容，敬請事先確認相容性，並建議將相關檔案一併備份。

  6. 若報告者因特殊情況無法出席，或需更換報告者，敬請儘速與大會秘書處聯繫，以利後續議程安排。

  7. 實際發表順序及時間若因現場議程調整而有所異動，敬請配合場次主持人及工作人員之安排。

Oral Presentation Guidelines

​

  1. Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at their assigned presentation room before the scheduled start of the session and check in with the on-site staff.

  2. Please submit your presentation files within the designated time specified by the conference to allow sufficient time for equipment and file testing.

  3. Presenters are advised to prepare their presentation files in both PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF formats and bring a USB flash drive as a backup.

  4. To ensure that all sessions proceed smoothly, presenters are kindly requested to strictly observe the allotted presentation time.
    Oral Presentations I, II, III, IV, V, and VI: 7 minutes for presentation and 1 minute 30 seconds for Q&A.
    Oral Presentation VII: 5 minutes for presentation and 1 minute for Q&A.

  5. If your presentation contains special fonts, videos, animations, or other multimedia content, please check compatibility in advance. Presenters are also advised to keep backup copies of all related files.

  6. If a presenter is unable to attend due to special circumstances or needs to change the presenting author, please contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

  7. The actual presentation order and timing may be subject to adjustment depending on on-site circumstances. Presenters are kindly requested to follow the instructions of the session chair and conference staff.
