海報發表須知

  1. 海報請以 直式 製作，建議尺寸為 A0（84.1 × 118.9 cm）。
    本研討會提供海報模板供發表者參考與使用，發表者亦可依需求自行設計海報版型。

  2. 海報內容可依研究性質自行編排，建議包含：摘要、前言／研究背景、材料與方法、結果與討論、結論及致謝等內容。海報可使用中文或英文製作。請清楚標示發表編號、題目名稱及作者姓名；其中，報告者請以粗體及底線標示，通訊作者請以「*」標註。

  3. 請依大會公告之 海報發表編號，將海報張貼於指定位置，並於大會安排之海報發表時段至海報前進行交流與討論。

  4. 大會將提供海報張貼所需之基本黏貼用品。為避免損壞展示板，請勿使用釘子、強力膠或其他可能造成展示板損壞之固定工具。

  5. 請發表者於大會指定時間前完成報到及海報張貼，並於所屬海報發表時段開始前提前至指定發表區準備。

  6. 海報請於大會規定之撤除時間前由發表者自行取回。逾時未撤除之海報，大會得視現場需求協助移除，恕不負保管責任。
    PN、PC、PD 請於12:50前撤除完畢
    ​PA、PB請於16:20前撤除完畢

  7. 發表者之個人物品及貴重物品請自行妥善保管，如有遺失或損壞，大會恕不負保管責任。

  8. 如因故無法出席發表，或需更換報告者，敬請儘早與大會秘書處聯繫，以利後續議程安排及相關資料調整。

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, with a recommended size of A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm).
    A conference poster template is available for reference and use. Presenters may also design their own poster layout as needed.

  2. Poster content may be arranged according to the nature of the research. Suggested sections include: Abstract, Introduction/Background, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and Acknowledgments. Posters may be prepared in either Chinese or English.Please clearly indicate the presentation number, title, and author names. The presenting author should be indicated in bold and underlined, while the corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*).

  3. Please display your poster at the designated location according to the poster presentation number announced by the conference. Presenters are expected to remain at their posters during the scheduled poster presentation session for discussion and interaction.

  4. Basic materials for mounting posters will be provided by the conference. Please do not use pins, strong adhesives, or other materials that may damage the poster boards.

  5. Presenters should complete registration and poster setup by the designated time and arrive at the assigned poster area before the start of their scheduled presentation session.

  6. Posters must be removed by the designated removal time. Posters left after the deadline may be removed by conference staff as necessary, and the conference will not be responsible for their storage or safekeeping.
    PN, PC, and PD posters must be removed by 12:50.
    PA and PB posters must be removed by 16:20.

  7. Presenters are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables. The conference will not be liable for any loss or damage.

  8. If a presenter is unable to attend or needs to change the presenting author, please contact the Conference Secretariat as early as possible so that the program and related information can be updated accordingly.
